The Anniversary bench

A Unique Opportunity

We are delighted today, with special thanks to the local charity Saint Helena Napoleonic Heritage Ltd., to offer you, on the 250th year anniversary of Napoléon’s birth, a uniquely rare privilege.

During his incarceration on St. Helena, Napoléon designed and oversaw several construction projects and with the assistance of his Chinese servants, created the iconic ‘Napoléon Bench’.

Today, as a true aficionado of Napoléana, you have become one of the very limited few, to be invited to procure a replicated example of the bench at Longwood House - approved by Saint Helena Napoleonic Heritage Ltd.

The Napoléon Bench

Like the finest Eighteenth Century furniture, each work is the achievement of a master cabinetmaker. Every Napoléon Bench we produce is an individual commission and crafted to order.

This beautiful bench is yours, and yours alone. Hand built, every bench that leaves our workshop is unique to its owner, each and every bench is marked, numbered and logged in history as yours.

Each bench carries our distinctive legacy identification plate, the identification of fine quality and workmanship.

Using sustainable teak wood, we have gone to every length to faithfully reproduce a bench as closely as possible to the original design, finish and specification.

Finished in green ‘Napoléon Vert Empire’.

Using traditional Danish craftsmanship and joinery techniques, each Napoléon Bench is expertly crafted in Teak wood and sealed to last several lifetimes, an ideal addition to the collection of every serious Napoléon collector/aficionado.
